How the Directory Handles Renamed and Retired Venues
A renamed venue is listed under its current verified name and canonical guide. A retired or closed venue is removed from the active inventory and handled through the approved redirect or archive policy. Retired names must not silently re-enter the directory through an old image, legacy URL, price table or rating card.
